Game on!

I have to admit, I didn't miss the NHL much during the regular season, but I did really feel it when playoff time came and went without the pucks.

Hopefully the lessons learned in this terrible lockout will stick with both sides and prevent it from ever happening again.

I missed it-- ok, I just missed hockey. ESPN should have picked up college games, or European games, or something other than poker.

There is only so much college basketball and college football I can take.

It will be interesting to see the product they put out on the ice-- but look at the brightside... the number of overpaid hacks in the NHL just went down.

Also on the brightside-- with the NHL back, some minor league rosters will be clearing-- who knows maybe my little joke with everyone will become reality: I find an office job with some low-level, minor-league team; wait for a goalie to blow out his knee; then sign as an emergency backup. Why not? That was pretty much my role at UNO!

(PS- love the jab about my blog, if anyone teaches me how to, I'll post a picture or two that fit in with that.)

lol. I was waiting for you to notice it. ;)

Hey, you can always get a job with the Knights...

I wonder if this will delay the start of next season any. It's only a couple of months away, if it doesn't...

I think a job with the Knights might be about the only thing to keep me here. Or if they hire the moron (Jake 'Statboy' Ryan), I could go work for UNO.

Mojo325 syas you know hoe to post pics in my profile-- do you?

I really had a hockey Jones when UNO's season was over and the Lancers were out of the playoffs, no local hockey to watch at that point and I really felt it...

Like Joel, I dearly missed the playoffs. Thats the best time of the year.
